Sundaze for the Soul
Sundaze For The Soul: A Sit In Solitude For Solidarity Sound Meditation Sunday, June 14 at 8:00 p to 8:45 p
Meditation is simply observing the mind and letting it become quiet and calm, and allow your intention or mantra to lead you deep within to explore the deeper levels of your being. Meditation is a state of clarity and freedom from outside influence. Take a moment to get to know yourself on all levels from present moment sensations to past experiences living in the subconscious. In efforts to be in community, we must first be with ourselves. This week, we welcome Natasha Foreman of Lucid Living to offer the vibration of sound to our sit. Held on Zoom. Receive Meeting ID at 7:30 P. Give what you want from your presence ($0 to what feels right)
