Join us for a dynamic and reflective yoga + creative writing class. Through meditation, yoga, writing and sound healing, this workshop will make space for us to focus on ourselves; exploring our connection to our bodies, our soul work and our community. This will be a high-engagement, low-stress, and empowering experience.
Note: You do not have to be “a writer” for this course. All are welcome.
Please bring a yoga mat, a journal and something to write with. Tea and light bites will be provided, so please BYOM (bring your own mug) if you can!
