Throughout the month of August, we invite you to explore the benefits of a consistent yoga practice each week! Each class will introduce a variety of yoga postures + mindful movement, breathing practices and relaxation techniques to release, rejuvenate and relax from daily stresses.
Classes are Tuesdays from 5:30 p to 6:30 p
led by Ashley Williams and Saturdays from 11:00 a to 12:00 p
led by Mikaela Smith.

How Do I Join?
All classes are held via Zoom.
Single Drop-In: $5
To sign up:
Purchase Your Pass and Register via Mindbody.
Registration closes 30-minutes prior to the session.
All registrants will receive an email with the Zoom meeting link.
Download the Zoom application on your phone or computer. Computer is suggested.
